  • Initially part of the Bidding team for Pre-Contract works. Involved in the preparation and review of Subcontract Documents, pricing and Tender Submission to Employer.
  • After the award of the Subcontract, appointed as the Head of the Commercial team for the MEP Subcontract Joint Venture involved in contract administration, variation and claims preparation and negotiation. Full remeasurement of MEP drawings (around 25,000) for change orders and claims.
Entertainment Centre, Dubai (MEP Works)
  • Involved in the preparation and negotiation of the final account of the world’s biggest shopping Mall with the Main Contractor. Negotiation of settlement Agreement for Final Account US $ 35 Million
  • Aluminium and Glass Package - Involved in the preparation and defence of variations and negotiation of Final Account with Main Contractor and Employer for the tallest Hotels in the World. Contract value US $ 55 Million
  • Interior Fit Out Works – Involved in successfully renegotiating the subcontract package owing to the suspension of a portion of the subcontract works. Also involved in contract administration and change order management. Contract value US $ 40 Million
Hotel renovation Project, Qatar
  • Involved in the preparation and review of Subcontract Documents and subsequent Tender Submission to the Contractor for a cost-plus Subcontract.
  • After the award of the Subcontract, Head of the Commercial team for the MEP Subcontractor involved in contract administration and cost management. Contract Value US $ 166 Million
Palace, Qatar
  • Initially part of the Bidding team for Pre-Contract works. Involved in the preparation and review of Subcontract Documents, pricing and Tender Submission to Employer.
